Kind, knowledgeable doctor and excellent, responsive support staff.
I've seen Dr. Hartvigsen since I was a teenager. I have to move away now, and losing him as my doctor is probably my biggest regret in that. As any young woman with a chronic illness knows, going to doctors can be a battleground. These 1 star reviewers are a joke. Sorry sir, but it isn't their problem she's missing. If they checked to see if she had her appointment & approximate time she left, what exactly are they supposed to do about you not being able to find your wife??? Maybe put a GPS on her car or fit her for a tracking device. Idk. And the long drawn out conspiracy theory with the hypothetical statistics are sad & funny all at the same time. Finding a Dr. can be difficult. Especially a Dr. you are comfortable with. I just received a call from someone that Dr. Hartvigsen employees asking me if I am a patient and "wellness check". I answered yes, and explained that I missed an appt. last month due to a change of job and would reschedule after the 31st of this month. The phone call was basically informing me that in order for me to remain a patient it is mandatory for me to pay $1800 per year for thier new program. Left appointment, listened to front staff talk about a patient to the point I feel I should give him a call and let them know how they feel. Since I know his name where he lives and when his next appt is with another office.
