When I first started looking at the apts., I visited a few times with questions & looked at a few different apts before deciding. I started noticing the_ +maintenance guys were always there walking up from somewhere as soon as I got out of my car. It was very strange & uncomfortable but I played it off thinking it was surely a coincidence they were there each time I was. I just moved in here and I know this is so peaceful and quiet I absolutely love being here not to mention the manager is really awesome and she really gets the job done if you ever need anything you don't have to worry about going and saying something you really feel like you're being paid attention to and that you're actually getting help when you need help I would recommend this for anybody looking for a peaceful quiet place. Very nice, peaceful, and safe place to live. Manager and all workers are very nice and make sure to accommodate any need you have.
The landlord is nice nobodybody fights everybody get along its a nice place to live afther retirement cool place
I been living at the residence on 14th Street almost 3 years. It's a very good neighborhood, quiet,calm a beautiful area. Manager she very nice. If you need anything done in your apartment she make sure she lets her employees know. All the workers here are very nice and respectful. And all the tenants here are very nice and they all look up one another I would recommend it to anyone very nice place to live
