Amazing staff, honest diagnosis of issues, and they're great about letting you know what needs to be done now, and what can wait until a later date.
I stopped by needing air in a tire and to ask a question about my maintenance light . Only saw one guy in the shop. He without hesitation dropped what he was doing and immediately asked what he could help me with. He checked all my tires for me, and reset my maintenance light and showed me how. This guy treated me like a person that's so unusual in today's world. Great guy He deserves a raise! I live in cookeville but if ever in need I will come to this establishment. Definitely earned my respect.
I can say first time, but I loved the atmosphere there. The guy that did my oil change was fast. Like 30 minutes. I watched. He checked my air , filters , radiator, and other things under my car. And still didn't take long. That's impressive compared to the dealership doing it. And he was a beefcake" That never hurts". But seriously guy got stuff done fast and very polite. Will be back for sure.
Super friendly and great place for an oil change. First time but will be back. The lube tech was very polite and super hot. And its nice to see a hometown place who hires hispanic workers.
