2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Purchased 3/15/2024 30 min after posting a review, I did not want to write, Cory Reached out to me. After talking with him for less than 5 min the issue was resolved. I was given reasoning and explained what had happened. Forwarded me information to call my previous auto loan company. I gladly edit this review. Terrible customer service. Been trying to cancel a service contract for 6 months now. Have been given the run around as if he’s on my side. Always says he will call me back to never return calls. Will never do business will that person again. Makes the good salesmen look bad.
I cannot express enough gratitude for Cory and the dedication he put into helping me get my car. From the very beginning, he took his time, fought for me, and worked diligently with the banks to get me approved.
