0 stars! My husband purchase a 2018 Jeep Wrangler just 2 months ago and already put new brakes and rotors and come to find out both Catalytic converters are totally rusted out and need replacement. What kind of inspections do that do on their cars? This is terrible service and way to run a car business!!!
I was extremely disappointed. I think they're only concern is selling new vehicles. Because they have a vehicle on their used lot that was on the Carfax app and I made an appointment to come look at the vehicle and was sent a text asking me for confirmation of our appointment which I confirmed, drove 34 minutes to Westgate Chrysler Jeep, only to find 1) the used vehicle I came to see was on the exact OPPOSITE side of the lot. 2) THE SALES REP INFORMED ME THAT IT WOULD NOT CRANK (START) I do not believe these people give a da... read more
The employees were great and straight forward. I will be recommending this dealer to my friends and family.
Went in & got the car I wanted, Staff was very nice & they answered all my questions I had without hesitation. Left with the car I wanted and was veryyy satisfied. Go see them & they also do referalls. Overall experience was a 10.
