I have been visiting Hartsland for over 3 years. Dr. Isaac is truly outstanding. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients’ wellbeing. A big shout-out to Kiki at the reception as well. She is friendly, and always welcoming. From booking appointments to checking in, she makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her warm attitude sets the tone the moment you walk in. Overall, a fantastic clinic with exceptional staff. Highly recommend!
I just love the people who work here, Kiki especially. She has been so warm and caring from my very first visit and makes me feel so at-home in the clinic. I had the same doctor in Woodstock for 20 years prior to switching to Hartsland, and I’m so glad this is the practice I’ve chosen.
I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I went in for a walk-in because I urgently needed a requisition for an ultrasound. I travelled far to get the ultrasound done as soon as possible, and the diagnostic centre sent my results to the clinic the same day. However, the clinic never contacted me. When I called on Monday evening to check if they had received my report, I was told they had “60 inboxes” to go through, even though it only takes a simple name search on the computer. The staff and team is very nice. Wait times have never been an issue the amount of times I have been to the walk-in. The receptionist Kiki is always welcoming to everyone and very professional. Always my go to walk in!
Male doctor lacks genuine interest in the wellness of the individual. A poor listener, half present during the appointment.
