The ladies at the front were polite and professional. The doctor was fantastic. Answered questions I had, he was attentive and treatment prescribed is working so far so good. The wait time was good considering it is a family practice and walk in. I will definitely return if needed
Dr Isaac is the best Best clinic and administrative staff i have ever seen
This is another low-quality Guelph health clinic. Cheap, crowded premises, unskilled, inattentive office staff, and rushing, shortcutting physicians providing walk-in clinic care. But if you are desperate to see a doctor outside of the hospital emergency room, you might get in to see one here.
I have been visiting Hartsland for over 3 years. Dr. Isaac is truly outstanding. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and genuinely cares about his patients’ wellbeing. A big shout-out to Kiki at the reception as well. She is friendly, and always welcoming. From booking appointments to checking in, she makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her warm attitude sets the tone the moment you walk in. Overall, a fantastic clinic with exceptional staff. Highly recommend!
I just love the people who work here, Kiki especially. She has been so warm and caring from my very first visit and makes me feel so at-home in the clinic. I had the same doctor in Woodstock for 20 years prior to switching to Hartsland, and I’m so glad this is the practice I’ve chosen.
