Doctors are amazing and patient. Really happy with them. My review is purely based on attempting to book an appointment. You cannot reach this clinic they do not pick up the phone and voicemail is always full. I am trying to be proactive and efficient so I attempted to book an appointment by email (which you can only get on the voicemail because the one on the website is incorrect), only to find out they take 24 hours to reply to emails. Dr. Najeemuddin Ahmed is a very caring and professional doctor. He listened to all of my problems patiently, examined me carefully, and gave me the proper medication. He also spoke with me in a very friendly and respectful way. I had a really good experience with him and would highly recommend him.

I booked my appointment well in advance, but I still had to wait over an hour before being seen. What’s the point of having scheduled appointment times if patients are left waiting this long without any communication or explanation? Everyone’s time is valuable, and this level of delay is simply not acceptable for a family clinic. I have had several negative experiences with this clinic. On multiple occasions, I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment but was kept waiting for nearly an hour before being seen. This has been very frustrating and has made me feel that my time is not being respected.
