I would like to voice my opion on the manager of Hartselle Villa Apartments! She is very unprofessionial... She is never on the property, the biggest issue i have is, she is a thief and i would love to know who the Management Company or the owner is!? I know this is a USDAproperty and the property and the manager will be reported.
