The people scheduling the appointments and the receptionists are not on the same page. Stop telling people they can get there early if you're not going to see them until their appointment time. Also commenting on other people's conversations that you are not a part of is considered a rude. If a minor is getting an MRI a parent should be able to accompany them. The staff here are amazing. Very kind and patient and I am so thankful we have them available to us in Hartselle. I have had MRI’s done here before and today had a Mammogram. I did not get the ladies name at the front desk or the tech that did the imaging today but they were both professional and very polite. Also the facility is clean and has a calming atmosphere. Will continue to utilize this service for images in the future.
I am really happy with my visit to Hartselle Imaging Center. The 2 people working the front dest ( Heath & Valinda ) were pretty awesome. They signed me in and helped me finish my paperwork. There was a lady ( Tonia ) that did my MRI. She was patient with me and explained everything. Everyone was great and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. If your in the area and need an MRI , give them a try ( you won t be disappointed )
My experience was excellent. The facility is state of the art and the employees are friendly and efficient. I loved the modern checkin procedures and the clean, new facilities. It made me feel valued.
