I went to there quick clinic on 9/9 due to a sprain and road rash. When they saw me they only looked at my scratched up calf. Would have been nice for them to have given me first aid. I looked like I had been run over. They mentioned getting me a prescription but still haven’t received anything. They looked at my foot and gave me an order to get an X-ray. Got the X-ray but they have yet to call me with the results and won’t return my call about the X-ray or my prescription. Very disappointed in them. If you say you are going... read more
RecommendedDr. Walker is my primary care doctor whom I trust with my family's health and well-being. Great staff. All caregivers very knowledgeable. They truly listen & care.
I came into to their urgent care for their patients at 34 weeks pregnant and feeling awful! Cough, runny nose, vomiting and dehydrated. They took amazing care of me, called and checked on me for two days, and I ran into the NP a few days later and she recognized me and asked how I was doing! Great staff and the really care for their patients!

Dr. Walker is my favorite PCP I've ever had. He's got a great personality and always takes the time to explain things thoroughly and listen to my concerns. I am so pleased to have found such great care in this small town!
Love the new office and there is a pharmacy right in the building. I got my prescription in less then 5 minutes!!! Dr. Pohl is a wonderful Dr. who actually listens to his patients, his staff is friendly and helpful. I love Hartselle Family Medicine!!!
