A nightmare to try to speak with a live human in customer service. They promised same day delivery to a beloved 97 year old and did not deliver nor communicate. 28 hours after I placed the order I am still without resolution and down $100. Never again with Ava’s!
These guys were so incredibly kind and accommodating on such short notice. Their arrangements are exquisite, and they have this uncanny knack for just "knowing" exactly what you need. Thank you for your help yesterday!

I don’t know what this place is like, because I’ve never been there, but they make great floral arrangements. I live out of state and wanted to send flowers to someone in the local area. I called this shop and the lady was very helpful and easy to talk to. I ordered the flowers and had them deliver them, and was very happy with the size, quality, and price, judging by the pictures the recipient sent me. I highly recommend this florist!
