Super frustrating that "emergency" work takes priority over appointments that were booked ahead of time. Like I get it but don't take on more volume than you can handle then. I needed something done on a specific day and wasn't informed that they couldn't make it until nearly 5pm the day of, leaving me with very few to no options. My tenant took the day off work to be present for repairs, which turned out to be a huge waste of time and PTO and makes me look stupid as a landlord lol.

Had very bad experience with these people . Please don’t waste your time calling them and tell into their trap as once you contact them, they keep constantly calling and sending text messages boasting their service without any kind of progress and completion of requested work. Also their fee for doing initial basic diagnostics and providing a quote is $950 which seems to be ridiculous. So THINK TWICE before calling this fraudulent company. Thank you !
