We hired Hart’s Plumbing to clear a partially clogged kitchen drainpipe on February 16, 2025. What should have been a quick service call turned into a months-long nightmare. The technician was unable to fit a camera through the pipe to diagnose the clog. Instead of proceeding carefully, he used an electric chain snake with excessive force, causing the snake to burst through our newly installed roof vent. Recently bought an older home in Elma and was needing to install a gas dryer. Called a local company out of Montesano and was told to try and install it myself. I ended up stripping the old 3/4" gas valve on a Sunday. Called Harts because they had good reviews and 24/7 customer service. Was scheduled for Monday.
