Everyone was so nice and compassionate. They really catered to my cat that's scared of everything. Best part was that my cat came home acting like his old healthy self.
They really care about the animals and are always welcoming, understanding, and helpful in so many ways.
I was very impressed with doctors & techs, my dog is shy around new people, the Dr & tech sat on the floor with her and talked she finally sat on the tech lap and she was very calm during the exam, the staff also talked to us and explained everything they didn't give us the bum rush! they even called to see how Bella was doing! I recommend them to everyone!
my family have been using harts run for years, the staff us excellent. We have never felt rushed though the visit or pressured into anything. I have nothing but great things to say about them. When we moved I tried to find a vet closer but after trying multiple places we found ourselves driving the 30min commute to harts run. In my opinion and my families, they are the best.
Many thanks to the staff at HRVH. We had to have our sweet 18-year old cat put to sleep last week, and they couldn’t have been more lovely and supportive during the entire visit. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and love for our fur-baby. ❤️
