What a great customer service experience!! I had to call around to other carpet stores to see who could alter my Ruggable. When I called they were super friendly and helpful. I brought my rug down and I barely got it through the door before someone offered to help me carry it measured it and gave me a quote within 10 minutes. It only took a week and when I came to pick it up they loaded it into my car without having to ask. I highly recommend!
