I’ve been a loyal customer of this company for a long time, but after my recent experience, I won’t be ordering from them again. I placed an order that never arrived, so I called to ask if it could be resent. The person I spoke to laughed, said, “I don’t know what to tell you,” and then hung up. This level of rudeness and lack of customer service is unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen, but treating customers this way is inexcusable. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this company.
