Hart's went above and beyond to take care of my family during one of the hardest things we've ever dealt with. Losing both my grandmother's within 2 years of each other was hard but both times they were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we could've needed. Even after everyone left the visitation and I was there alone with my loved one the staff made sure I was taken care of. Hart's has very friendly staff and will meet all your needs with your fur baby. They care about you and your pet because they have experienced the same loss with their fur babies. I especially LOVE Mrs. Vicki Brown. She is the best and she helped me find the perfect urn for my baby! Ms. Vicky and Ms. Becky were totally awesome with helping us plan our fur baby King burial yesterday. This was far most the hardest thing I’ve had to do but with there kindness and general concern from picking out his casket to getting the right stone. They were fantastic. They didn’t rush us at all. Hart's Mortuary staff (Gray, GA location) truly were a blessing to my husband and I today. We decided to pre-plan for the worst case scenario before my husband delpoys, and Maria was fantastic! She took her time and walked us through everything. Allowing my husband to go ahead and pick out exactly what he would want, taking all the guess work and stress of it off of my shoulders.
