Harts Landing is Sarasotas oldest saltwater fishing bait and tackle store. We are located near beautiful downtown Sarasota at the foot of the John Ringling Causeway on the way to Lido Beach. We offer a variety of live and frozen bait for saltwater fishing in the Sarasotas bays and in the Gulf of Mexico. We are accessible by car or come up in your boat and tie off at our dock. Since the new owners took over, it's been sliding downhill. I've never been refused bait because " its too hard to get to". Frozen finger mullet are unattainable according to the youngster behind the counter. This experience is the last straw. They'll NEVER have me as a customer. After 30 yrs of happily being a customer.
I'm not gonna recommend it. Cause if you go there you're going to love it. Lol. — with Scott Rexroat.
