Harts Landing is Sarasotas oldest saltwater fishing bait and tackle store. We are located near beautiful downtown Sarasota at the foot of the John Ringling Causeway on the way to Lido Beach. We offer a variety of live and frozen bait for saltwater fishing in the Sarasotas bays and in the Gulf of Mexico. We are accessible by car or come up in your boat and tie off at our dock. I love Hart’s landing. It’s a bait shop not a bar where I might feel conspicuous by myself. Great live music. Cold beer. Free pizza. No cover. And on the water. Friendly crowd and owner .hi Sherman.

We took the sunset cruise and it was very enjoyable. The captain and his first mate were knowledgeable about the area and its history and they were also very funny and kind.
