A lady by name Caroline answered phone, hung up without wanting to listen to my question. So stupid, avoid.
I'll start with a 3-star review, just because I haven't been able to communicate with this company yet. I will say I'm quite versed in HOA management, and my first impression is that their website is incomplete and lacking in contact information, and their fee structure seems quite exorbitant in this era where self-management is becoming very standard for HOAs who use online platforms like Buildium. This company never contacted me for delinquent HOA dues for five years after they assumed responsibility. Then they sent my account to collections without ever making contact with me during any of those five years. They are impossible to contact by phone and they do not return calls if a voicemail can even be left. I suspect that they are attempting to steal properties by letting the dues go delinquent and then pick them up by foreclosing on them. I am strongly considering pursuing legal action against them.
