I wouldn't give one heart but had too to write this review. I live in Oregon and called Hart's and Flowers so I could have flowers sent to my daughter who is having surgery. She lives in Green River Wyoming. The lady who answered the phone was very rude from the get go. She said they could not deliver flowers today because her driver wouldn't be back till 3:30. I asked if they had another flower place there that she could refer me to, as I don't know the area. She said no, and hung up on me. This lady had very poor customer ... read more
