Been a client for 55 years, I sure wish Dr Hartrick and Dr Witt were still operating the clinic. The corporate services have run it off the cliff. Original owners treated their clients with compassion and care both animals and the human owners. Treatment should not always involve highest cost options or automatic charges just for walking in the door. I took my 8-9 year old cat to Hartrick Vet. Clinic who diagnosed her with either a heart condition or stress. My baby was not eating and was panting occasionally. She had no signs of being under stress and never had a heart condition or any other illness but something definitely was not right. I had a hard time with this diagnoses as it just didn't make sense to me. We brought out injured cat in to Hartrick on Friday, November 13, 2023. Dr. Perkowski and assistant, Megan, couldn't have been nicer, more caring, sympathetic and gentle with our Blackjack. They determined what the problem was, treated Blackjack and he is doing so much better now. We would HIGHLY recommend this facility for your precious pets. We are a permanent customer now.
