Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I didn't mind that they didn't offer on-site X-Rays... read more

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
