I do not recommend that anyone rent a storage unit from Hartnell Mini Storage they are completely unprofessional. Three days after renting the unit we show up at the storage facility with the movers and discover that Hartnell Mini Storage has not taken their lock off of our storage unit and that everyone is on lunch we then call the emergency contact number for the next hour and no one contacts us back so we tell the movers that we cannot pay them to just sit around so we have them off load the entire shipment outside the st... read more
Had my things in there for a year awesome place
2 motorhome stolen recently vandalism to others. Not secure at all. They have let ppl stay in spaces and units. They do not care. If something happens to your things all they do is say we're not responsible. If anyone has things there I would move them immediately. My motorhome was stolen at 1230 in the afternoon. They have no responsibility says Judy the mgr.
