I was completely satisfied with the service I received from Hartnell Chevrolet. They kept me informed through the process as there were additional items that required attention that were fully explained with the reasoning for the corrective action and related cost for those items. I will be returning to Hartnell for both maintenance and, when the time comes, to purchase a new vehicle.
