I started going to hartnell’s about 4 months ago, was told to go there from my boss at work. first they installed a new oil pressure sensor and then I had them fix a misfiring cylinder and replace all my spark plugs. After that I had to have my ball joints and control arms replaced, all in all I’ve had around $2200 worth of work done on my truck and I won’t take it anywhere else ever again. On one of our coldest days my heater quit working. I called Hartnell Automotive and Bob took time to listen and got my car in right away. When I went to pick up my car Chris took time to show me what had happened. They were very reasonable, efficient, great customer service!! I am a happy customer and should I have any other problems I will definitely go to Hartmalls. Thanks so much !!
