Recommendedi have never had better, more reasonably priced service ANYWHERE! We were in from out of town and we had car trouble. Instead of taking advantage of us, this place took care of us. Everyone who I spoke with on the phone was extremely nice and my truck has never run better. I am going to start driving the hour to come here and get my truck worked on. It's worth the drive. Very satisfied!

Took my 2007 Murano in with an oil leak, they took it step by step not jumping in and changing out a lot of things but tried one at a time, got it fixed and at a reasonable price and I have a 2 year warranty, great service great people!
Honest people, they do a good job.
These guys are awesome, old time concern for customers. We broke down in our rv, the Chevy dealer was too busy,said to come back tomorrow. Two other mechanic s said come back next week. Hartnell took care of us and even though they couldn't fix it the same day,they made sure we were taken care of for the night. Even down to explaining the difference between the local pizza places. I would.recommend these guys to anyone. I just wish they were in Rockford Il or we were in Centralia. Not just passing through.
