Not a good rental company at all. I moved out in February of 2025, told them a month ahead of time and gave them the keys to the apartment but they still filed an eviction against me. Also, they charged me for a new refrigerator and for new carpets, all after I already moved out. Instead of notifying me of any of these charges through e-mail or through phone I had to learn about nearl $3k in charges through a credit report for a $700 apartment. Long story short, I got legally robbed.

Rent is high dollar, but when somthing needed fixed they sent somone out to fix.

Where do I start… The apt that was rented to me on 605 St. Louis Road had leaky pipes inside the floors which created an ungodly odor and what’s worse is the access was in the closet so that was the source of the odor. As you can guess all of my clothes were ruined; I couldn’t go anywhere without that ungodly odor lingering on my clothes no matter if I washed or not because the entire apt smelled.
