HFS is family owned and operated. They operate with old fashioned values and treat their customers the way they'd want to be treated..It reminds me of the times past ...where customer service mattered.
More important than where you buy your equipment at is how well they service it after the sale. The big box stores don't do service and dealerships like the big green tractor guys are like dealing with a government enity, slow, expensive, not very personal, and only offer green tractor equipment. Hartmann stands behind the products they sell and the warranties that come with them, they offer a wider range of products that are better and less expensive than the green tractor guys, and they treat their customers better.
