Once the installation is complete, the customer service seems to disappear. Unfortunately, my experience with Hartmann Controls has been the complete opposite of what the high reviews would suggest on here. Getting support after installation has been extremely frustrating, and communication and follow-through have been lacking when we’ve actually needed assistance. Their software and hardware is reliable and stable and their customer service is friendly, knowledgeable and happy to work with you to setup whatever you need.
We partnered with Hartmann a few years ago now and the experience has been exceptional. The tech support team is second to none. Would highly recommend to any security integrator or client.
The entire team provides next-level customer service, but Liam who helped me a few times already was exceptionally incredible. He was so helpful, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend!
