Everyone I talked to is knowledgeable about the products, procedures, etc. Held my hand through the claims process since I had no clue what I needed to do. I was all excited to use anyone outside the Clovis area and I appreciated how quickly they responded to getting the job started. Things that made me feel uncomfortable were things like I never got a quote, just that he would work with my insurance company. He didn't come to the house with the team to say these are the guys who will be doing your roof. Wouldn't come to my house initially till I got the adjustment paperwork ready for him to review.
