Karin was excellent to work with. We moved from out of state with little knowledge of the area. Karin’s expertise helped us decide that this was the right area and house to purchase. She was available and responsive to all our request. As we were not in the area, Karin helped with all the necessary arrangements until the closing. She went above and beyond.
