Scott and Michael at Hartman Property Management do great work. I have a large perennial bed where the shoots had already poked through. They were extremely careful not to damage any of the new growth.They are hard-working, professional, and Conscientious. Unconditionally recommended.
Very happy with Scott's work. He squeezed a visit in to give me an estimate between jobs and was able to work me into his route the following Thursday. Very educated on what i needed to help my grass grow back from the winter season. I will be using Scott for this entire summer. Scott doesn't just show up to work, he teaches the homeowner as he goes.
If you zoom into my third photo, you can see the sheer amount of acorns our single oak tree produces; they blanket the entire yard during a “mast year”, likely 10k+. Scott and his team were incredibly efficient and detailed in their work! I couldn’t have asked for better service, and he was super communicative throughout the booking/clean up process. I highly recommend him and was happy I took a chance after seeing his praise on Nextdoor.
