I couldn't be more pleased. – In the middle of the night March 11 my furnace went out. Not all the way out I could hear it kick on but the fan wouldn't come on. It wasn't officially cold enough to freeze out behinds off but it was miserable getting the kids up for school. I had heard about Hartman from a friend and gave them a call. Much to my surprise the lady that took the call told me they could get a guy right out. YAY . She said within an hour they were here in 45 minutes. BONUS. Unbeatable service!! – My furnace broke the other day so I had Hartman come out to see if they could fix it. The girl in the office was awsome! She was sweet, and really cared that I was freezing to death. She got a man out to my house within an hour! The man that came out was the same way, he even wore little things over his shoes so he didnt track in dirt!! He had the part that I needed on his truck and fixed it right there and then. I will tell everyone I know how great you are! Thanks Hartman

excelent service – I had gotten quotes from other companies and found that some were outrageous or too cheap. Hartman Heating was just right. They answered all my questions and gave me options to choose from. When they came to install my furnace, the guys were very neat in the way they did their work. Thank you Hartman Heating for your professionalism, and quick help. I will be returning to you for more of my heating and cooling needs.

AWESOME SERVICE – our furnace died this week. i emailed hartman to request a quote and was contacted within 5 minutes. the sales rep (brad) fit us into his schedule the next afternoon. he was polite and answered questions about each furnace without pressuring us one way or the other. he managed to fit us in the schedule to get the new furnace the next morning. Don't do it! – Called Hartman in September 2007 because of ice on our air conditioning unit. Were told numerous things they thought might cause it. While technician was there our fuses blew in the house. Then we were told it was our compressor. Not only do we believe they shorted out the compressor but it was under warranty and they charged us $1100.00 labor to fix it. When we turned unit back on this spring, guess what ICE again. We called and the owner told us he was done with us.

Worst company ever – do not use this company! it took 2 weeks to fix my heater in this freezing winter. think about 2 weeks on Dec! that is just crazy
