Not accommodating, needed a simple question answered about how their techs wired the thermostat. Refused to have a tech call me. Instead wanted to charge me for a tech visit to answer a 5 minute question. I called the local Trans Supply house and their techs graciously answered my question. Customer service is about helping the customer. They did not and as such I will take my business elsewhere.
