I was very impressed with the service I received, Dr. Hartman is very knowledgeable, she explained my condition very well. She did not rush and patiently answered all of my questions. I had a procedure that I thought was going to be painful, but due to Dr. Hartman's skill it went so well. And she is also a very kind and pleasant lady. I really recommend her. She is one of the best doctors I have had!
I just met Dr. Hartman this year (2017) but she is the surgeon I have been looking everywhere for since 2008. She listened to me and she got my surgery done. She made my life better. Bless you, Dr. Hartman! :)
Can't imagine why anyone could possibly evaluate Dr. Diane Hartman as less then superlative! Her staff is efficient and friendly. Her personal care for her patients is so sincere she literally makes you feel that you must be her only patient! Her expertise is at the top of her field as is evidenced by her accomplishments. There are only two C's in Dr. Hartman's report card....Comfort & Confidence and both of these get an A+. I only wish Dr. Hartman could be my Primary Care Physician. Gary G.
I love dr Hartman and her nurse but her front desk in my opinion is not very friendly or accommodating! It makes me want to find another dr.
Dr. Hartman significantly exceed my expectations. I was diagnosed with testicular cancer and she did a great job of setting expectations while still ensuring a hopeful prospectus. She was extremely professional and was able to get me in for tumor removal the very next morning. Her communication was almost on demand as she would call or text me whenever she had updated bloodwork results, pathology findings or CT scan results. This was important because it was able to keep me informed...
She has a wonderful bedside manner.
She is prompt, very straight forward, easy to talk to and I feel that she really listens to me. I feel like we are working together on my problems.
Dr Hartman and Dr Cahn were recommended by a heart physician that I have know and seen for many years. The initial visit and all subsequent visits were very professional and personal for me. Dr Hartman performed a rt kidney removal due to a large growth upon it. This fine lady physician made me feel welcome and confident in her abilities from the onset of all office and hospital visits. I would highly recommend Dr Hartman and Foothills Urology staff to other individuals. Richard A.
