Thank you Dr. Hartman. You are great, but your optometrist department were your patients can get their post cataract surgery eye glasses need help. They really don't understand how medical insurance works when it comes to patient medical insurance paying for the post op cataract surgery eye glasses. All they have to do is let the billing department contact the medical insurance. Not all medical insurance are written the same way.
I guess this office is super busy that I no one cares to help me. I've been trying to make 1 appointment and after 3 weeks of calling and begging them, it still didn't happen. I try my best to provide whatever document they asked: I went to Family Dr to request Referal. I asked my Ins fax the authorization letter 2 times. I faxed and emailed the office myself too. They told me several times to wait for someone to call and no time frame and it has never happened 🤣 Can't think of whatelse I could do now... Frustrated.
Dr. Hartman is a very caring and personable doctor.
Dr. Hartman and all the docs their are extremely thorough, competent, and honest.
