Rented a camper for Memorial Day. Great experience overall
I worked with Mike and it was awesome! He did not push me to buy at all, which was great! I did a custom build on a unit and he was patient with me through the whole process. I drove in 4 hours from Massachusetts, to pick up my camper. Mike also helped me put on my weight distribution system. Mike, I had a great experience working with you, thank you for all of the help and for my new toy!
Wasn't happy with our last service. Not all the service that was requested was done. I was told by the women at the front desk that it was my fault that they didn't do all the work requested because she wrote every word down that I mentioned over the phone. Unfortunately, that's was not true. I also wrote down a list of everything that needed to be done that I gave them with the keys to my Rv. Nice having a rude person arguing with you while you don't get the service you expected while paying $1200 dollars.
