Jared was very elaborate with details, and the shop was always informing of current situation. Honest, kept me up to date , and were able to be efficient as well!
Crystal and Jared always treat us like family! today we had a muffler put on and our vehicle sounds so much better! I also really appreciate that they don't move my seat while there. it's not a big issue but it always makes me smile that they think about us short people and leave the seat alone.
I had no trust in auto shops until I got to Hartley’s...they are super helpful with anything you ask for..they do a fantastic job with very reasonable prices..and they’re the nicest and most honest ppl you can possibly meet.. I love these guys! Needless to say I won’t take my car nowhere else but Hartley’s.. customer for life :)
