On her first day of nursing placement, my daughter went out and started her car at 6:45 a.m. and it locked behind her. I figured we'd just let the gas run out (1/4 tank) and deal with it later. I didn't realize there was a possibility that the fuel tank would burn out. I called Hartley around 9 and they said about 1.5-2 hours. When I explained my worry about the fuel tank, he immediately sent his truck and driver over on his way to another job. What an amazing service! I can't thank them enough.

The team in thunder bay is amazing and had me and my daughter back in town and helped us get to a truck stop where we could get a cab to the city the process was smooth and he let me charge my cell and let my daughter worm up in the truck thank you for all your help

Absolute amazing company as I’m a car carrier haulier and not many garages like to do work on them as another local garage. Turn the job away.. They made time in their busy day to come out and fix me up. The young mechanic that arrived was very polite and wasted no time starting on the job, ensuring that it was done right rerouting hydraulic lines so they don’t rub on my airbag again.
