Happy Customer I have a difficult business to insure and I have had difficulty in the past finding anything to compete with my current insurance. They were able to find me a few quotes and all of them were better than my original insurance. Now that I have been with them for almost 6 months, I am even more impressed. They take great care of me and handle all of my requests quickly. I highly reccomend them. My agent is Scott W and he has been very helpful. I will be asking them to take a look at my workers comp insurance next.

Poor Service/Bad Attitude I walked in this office in my jeans and T-shirt to get a quote for a shopping center I co-own in La Jolla - I normally wouldn't go to an insurance office to get quotes but I was in the area earlier for lunch. The receptionist was on the phone and didn't acknowledge me for at least 10 minutes. I finally walked up to her and stated the nature of my visit; she looked at me up and down and said, "you co-own a shopping center in La Jolla? O--K---. Take a seat." She disappeared for another 3-5 minutes. When she came back she said nobody could help me at the moment and I could either come back later or fill out some forms she was about to hand me - total of 12 pages! At this point I had already made up my mind not to give them my business and I told her that I was very disappointed with her service; she was very surprised and said, "That's too bad that you feel that way!" I will NEVER go back there to get insurance quote and will everything I can to stop ANYONE who has any intention of doing business with these people. I still can't believe how I was treated there, for no reason I could think of, except that based on my dress code I wasn't supposed to co-own a shopping center?! Shame on you!

GREAT SERVICE/ GREAT PEOPLE My boyfriend was quoted low 600's everywhere else for insurance for 6 months, and when we came here and got quoted... they quoted him less than 300 for 6 months and easy payments... Not to mention that the waiting room(lobby) is gorgeously decorated for ultimate comfort while waiting for quotes... the receptionist was nice with a friendly smile and everyone in the office was very friendly... they offer personal policies (home owners/ car insurance/ motor cycle and so on), international trucking, commercial, and even medical policies... there is a lot going on but they were all friendly and on top of their game... I'm sticking here for all my insurance needs.
