Wife took car 🚗 to them for an oil change and they never replaced the oil cap or belly pan cover. The antifreeze tank was empty and the entire engine and car front to back was completely covered in oil.
Don't trust these people. Bill seems friendly but all he cares about is money. He did not honor the price he agreed on so we went to Bianchi Honda and got a better car at a cheaper price. When I asked about another unhappy customer, Bill simply said the warranty was up on the other car. Wouldn't trust them at all!!

Dean (sales) and I met about 6+ months ago. He has been extremely helpful with our needs and informative of expectations! Sindy (finance) was so very helpful and explained every financial detail with me to a tee and went above and beyond to make sure our price and payments were where we wanted them to be ~ I highly recommend working with those two if you plan on shopping Hartley. I don't know the others however am very pleased with our car shopping experience. Proud to be a Hartley customer �
