Impressive craftsmanship and a great team! We had the chance to tour one of their homes during the Wimberley Tour of Homes and were genuinely impressed. Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do.
Hartley Bros were the best builder we have used thus far. We have built 3 houses in Alachua and they were the most professional and the easiest to work with. Ross and Andrew always answered my calls or called me back the same day. Would definitely use again.

DO NOT build with Hartley Brothers. As a real estate professional, I’ve seen bad builders, but this was the worst experience of my life. They made empty promises, provided abysmal customer service, and left our high-end home unfinished, riddled with mistakes, and filthy. Even two years later, my animals are still finding rusty nails and debris on our property. Despite their “one-year warranty,” they refused to fix their mistakes.
