Brought my truck in for some auto body work and not only am I completely satisfied with the work Hart and his team did, it looks like the damage never happened! The job was done quickly and with precision. I would highly recommend Hartless customs to anyone in the Lafayette and surrounding areas for their auto body needs.
Hart does an amazing and DETAILED job!!! He reached out to me saying the color match wasn’t perfect and that he knew he could get it better, i have n e v e r had work done where they went back and perfected something without me even having to mention it was off. I got my car back in the most beautiful shiny pearly white and could not be happier with it! highly recommend!!
Do business here and risk your own sanity! Hart is horrible at communicating. I was told one time frame and it’s now more than a month out and I’m STILL waiting on my car!!Even past the deadline of when my car was to be completed, I still didn’t receive a call or text to inform me of any delays! So being a veteran with PTSD I can definitely overreact. Well I sent Hart a text about how upset I was that there was a dent and paint chipped on my brand new vehicle and I was acting hysterical. He very promptly and calmly responding that he could help me out. He was able to get me in quickly and get my car back to looking brand new in no time. I appreciate his quality of work and character as a business owner and I’m positive he does his best to assist everyone with this level of customer service.
Even though Hart typically does auto body work, he was willing to entertain an inquiry for a power steering rack replacement that I needed for my 2002 Honda Accord. When he at first quoted me a price that seemed too good to be true, I thought that either he or I might have misunderstood one another. Compared to quotes from other full service auto mechanics, his price was by far the lowest, the next highest price being 50% more, and the highest price being more than 100% greater than Hart's quote.
