Very pleased with the services provided and the effort put forward by the company and technician, Michael, to fix my grandmothers furnance. Reached out the night before as her unit was not heating properly. They came the next day and did a much needed cleaning and a few updates to the unit in order for her to have heat. Was michael did a great job of reaching out to me to explain the findings and solutions after the job was completed.

Hartland has been serving our house for over 25 years. Everything from brand, new HVAC, furnace and AC to tankless hot water tanks, servicing our units and most recently a bathroom remodel with major plumbing rerouting and setting a shower base. All their technicians, especially Mike and John today are exceptionally Skilled and professional! Don’t look anywhere else!

Horrible, without heat for a week! Company put in new heat pump in June. Did not put heat strips in . I just called and a rude woman whonwhonnot give her name, mad a comment under her breath, saying she really didn't care ! WOW JUST WOW,RUDE !! I WAS THEN PUT ON HOLD, WHEN I ASK TO SPEAK TONHER SUPERVISOR.. FINALLY HUNG UP!! YOUR COMPANY SHOULD OF EXPRESSED THE PART! YOU FORGOT ! YOU ALSO SHOULD PAY MY ELECTRIC BILL! WHAT A HORRIBLE BUSINESS TO HAVE A RUDE WOMAN MAKING COMMENTS.. BEWARE, THEY REALLY DON'T CARE!
