I love the friendly staff at the Hartland Veterinary clinic. Dr. Shannon does her best to explain things in a manner in which everyone will understand. Not only do they offer digital X-ray, they also have in house lab machines when your pet is sick she is willing to get the answers and results right away. She has a nice quiet clinic that gives you the time your pet deserves. I love how energetic and smart she is! plus she is the Doberman vet in the area!!!

First off I had a cat. I was maybe 17 when I got him. At first everyone was nice when I came in with my mom. Mind you my mom has used this vet since she was little that's why I picked it. When I started to bring in my cat by myself, they treated me like a kid! Probably thought I had no money. I will always be back as long as dr Shannon is working before dr Shannon the staff was mean and grumpy I remember a not so pleasant time before dr Shannon took over the business I couldn't be more happier with the staff and dr Shannon herself love love love the new hartland!!!!
Relaxed, caring atmosphere. All of my animals LOVE Dr. Genge (horses, dogs, cats). Fair pricing. I used their boarding services for my dogs and they were provided excellent care. No issues with referring to a specialist (a highly skiilled internist for my cat to remove a tumor).

I was lucky enough to find Hartland when my veterinarian of 17 years moved away. The staff members know me and my pets by name and are always friendly. What I like best is the way they relate with my animals. Dr Larson and the techs are professional but also very warm and interactive. When I lost my 14 year old dog last year they were very supportive and allowed me to stay in the room with him as long as I wanted to. They have never turned me away when I needed emergency help.
