I would give 10 stars ⭐️ if I could! My father recently passed away from extremely aggressive/accelerated vascular dementia. Unfortunately he was only a resident for a short time. Owner, Shantell and the Entire staff of Hartland genuinely care and love their residents. We felt like family from day 1. They were always in contact with us about Daddy and up front about his disease progression. Shantell was available any time of day or night for questions or concerns. Perfect place to go
A very special place!!! Hartland has been a blessing to our family in this new chapter of my father’s life. The staff, the facility and the location have met all of our expectations. The caregivers are friendly , caring and very supportive to my father and all of us in the family. I wish I could give more stars than just 5!
