On a whim, Sep. 2025 we decided to look at these new homes we saw on Instagram called Hartland Ranch in Lockhart.. We met with Xander looked at floor plans, and fell in love with the community that was being built, he walked us through the process and we decided it was for us. I came in just to look, with absolutely no intention of buying anytime soon. When I came in, I met Xander, and we started looking at floor plans. I was very upfront that I didn’t want to run credit yet and that I was thinking more like October.
