Fantastic Emergency Service. It was a cold holiday weekend when we had a mishap. Our wooden custom garage door was backed into causing major damage. One phone call and a service tech was on his way. Arrived promptly and then magically fixed this custom wooden door. I believe the techs name was Dave or Dan. He was awesome, he spent the time to trim the broken wood back so the cracked section lined up perfectly. A few hours later, the door was operational and looked like new. Thank you Hartland Overhead Garage Door! We absolutely love our new garage door. We had previously ordered a garage door from a large company that could not give us a deliver date after 12 weeks. We called HOHGD and had someone bring samples and talked to us about all our options. We went to the office the following day and the lady new exactly what we wanted. I had my new door installed today - great job! You people are the best to work with. Installed by Seth and Dustin, very quick and well done, the door is gorgeous above expectation. I should have done it years ago! Allyssa helped pick it out from an example you can see on the shop floor. I am very proud of it! Thank you, Duane Mittag
