I’ve been going to Hartland Oil Change for years. Always fun banter and good conversation with Al. He and his team are professional, respectful, and take the time to explain things in detail when I ask questions. Recommend for a great oil change or service for your vehicle. Thanks Al.
Went in for an oil change. Couldn’t get my hood opened so they took the latch off. Still couldn’t get it, tore apart the plastic. Left it like this and told me to open it myself and come back, or call a mechanic/collision person. Left me like this

Everybody needs to be fully aware of this place will SCAM you 100%. They own the car wash as well and the owner of the oil change next door, told me he would not refund me because there was soap coming out when there wasn’t. I ran my vehicle through there twice - he wasted my time and he’s nothing but a flat out liar. Sad, I used to drive 20 miles to come to this car wash because it was excellent. He Over talked to me, and would not listen to me. Customer service is very sad… I would not trust the oil change or the car wash ... read more
