I ordered flowers online to be delivered to my MIL for her birthday. I paid $32 extra for a blush pink vase and they were delivered in a clear vase. I called to clarify why this happened and was told that if they run out they will swap for something of equal value. I would not have spent the extra money for the pink vase had I known. I was told I’d be called back to farther discuss and haven’t heard back. Extremely disappointed with the customer service.
Ordered flowers for my mom because she's in the hospital. I could be wrong, but I believe I talked to someone named Nicole. (Sorry if I'm wrong) but she was very helpful and helped me pick something out for her over the phone. Will definitely do business with again over 1-800 Flowers after the horrible experience I had with them.
