Ordered flowers for my mom because she's in the hospital. I could be wrong, but I believe I talked to someone named Nicole. (Sorry if I'm wrong) but she was very helpful and helped me pick something out for her over the phone. Will definitely do business with again over 1-800 Flowers after the horrible experience I had with them.
They are so easy to work with! I will take my own vase, or most recently a teapot, and they will make a beautiful arrangement based on the budget I have. Highly recommend!!
This is the best florist in Livingston County, hands down! They do a wonderful job every time, and even on short notice. They have all my business.
If I could leave no stars I would the delivery driver is EXTREMELY insensitive. I am dealing with a funeral and unfortunately not home during the day for the delivery. Was told yesterday yes we will deliver tomorrow morning while you’re at home. I called and I’m told “oh there is not guarantee I will be there this morning”. I ask can we leave it outside and my husband will run home and grab it he will see you on the camera.
