A big shout out to Dawn Paradise and her crew she work's with! I am a Mom of 3 and have been through alot and when I thought I was at the end of my rope Ms. Dawn and I crossed paths and I couldn't have asked for a better, caring, exceptional Realtor to have been by me 100% on this Journey! Dawn is always ready to help and listen to my needs. She knows what she’s doing and will go above and beyond to help out in anyway possible. If you are looking to buy, or sell you home I highly recommend her.
Dawn Paradise is not a kind and respectful person and she was unprofessional during the selling of the house. She lied repeatedly so I can not say anything positive about a company that allows such an awful and dishonest person to work for them, and a person who caused us such a horrible experience that should have been such a wonderful experience. Dawn can not be trusted, she smiles big through her teeth and then we found out that she’d covered a whole lot of lies in the process that have resulted in major costs!
I sent some important info to BJ Alexander by mistake. I had a number off. Yes, my mistake, but rather than letting me know, she read my text and I waited for days for a response. Who just disregards a legitimate message? That tells me she is not on top of things or a responsible person. I do not recommend. Thanks, BJ, you cost me several hundred dollars.
